Somehow i was able to fix the lag, and run the game with 40-80FPS on High-Epic settings. With this in mind, I wanted to learn the basics of the game while playing alone. I know, they still trying to solve it, optimize it and such. So as you can tell about the title, I'm having problem with playing ARK.
